We've provided a comprehensive guide to how to get to the new hospital using all available means of transport, such as car, bus, train and even cycling. Various maps and guides are available using the left side menu.
Transport issues continue to have a significant impact on people's health and their ability to access health services.
We are working closely with a range of partner organisations, including the local authorities, Strathclyde Passenger Transport (SPT) and transport operators to try and address these issues. We're working together to improve bus services to hospitals as well as providing better information on the transport options that are available to patients, visitors and staff.
This includes up to date transport leaflets and timetables being available at each hospital and relevant transport information being published on SPT’s and our websites.
Travelling to the hospital
The hospital is within the grounds of the existing Stobhill Hospital, located at 133 Balornock Road, Glasgow G21 3UW. You can find the location on Google Maps, though at the time we launched this site they hadn't yet updated their maps to show the new hospital. You can also view our hospital site map.
Car Parking
All car parking will be on surface ground level near to the hospital’s main entrances, with disabled car parking located at each of the entrances (see hospital site map).
Concession Pass Holders
If you need to travel before 9am, show your appointment card to obtain your concession.
Printable Leaflet
You can also download a printable PDF leaflet with all the info you need.
