Completing the Full Data Set

Once you have set-up your project by answering the filter questions you will be taken to the ‘Navigation’ page. This is where you can get access to the forms you require and decide on how you will supply the required information. To save time in the long-run, we strongly advise that you complete the ‘Full set of Project Data’; this will ensure that the information required to complete all forms is captured at one time. To do this:

  1. On the ‘Navigate’ page ensure that the ‘Full set of project data’ is highlighted
  2. On the main window, click ‘A1’ to bring up the first question
  3. Complete the required information and click on ‘Next’ to go to the next question
  4. Complete each of the questions in turn
Please note that the information entered can be saved at any point and you can return to the process by selecting the last question you completed on the ‘Navigate’ page. Print a draft of your full data set or specific form It is possible to print a hard copy of your full data set or specific forms:
  1. Ensure the correct form on the left hand side of the ‘Navigate’ page is highlighted
  2. Click on the ‘Save/Print’ tab on the main window
  3. Select ‘Print full data set or particular form for review…’
It is worth noting that blank versions of the full data set and each of the forms can be printed to allow you to work off-line.
