Adults with Incapacity

The Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 provides ways to help safeguard the welfare and finances of people who lack capacity.  Part 5 specifically pertains to medical treatment and research.

NHSGGC have produced this 30 minute video giving guidance on how to apply the Act.  Staff from other boards may also find it interesting.
