Glasgow City and each of the local authority areas covered by NHSGGC have  Child Protection Committees(CPC's), The Scottish executive have published guidelines for Child Protection Committees which you can find by following the link above.

West of Scotland Child Protection Network Shared Care Guidelines

As you may be aware, the Scottish Government launched a new national electronic gateway which offers help and support to vulnerable children and families on child protection issues.  It includes clear, accessible information on what the public should do if they are concerned for a child’s welfare. It will also feature a range of information and links to downloadable materials for children themselves, including cartoons and online games providing child safety tips.
