Arranging Recall

This information is common to all 5 diseases.

**You will need to go back to your clinical system to enter a recall date for your patient**

The recall part of EMIS does not work with 3rd party software, and therefore cannot be linked through the annual review codes recorded in CS.

Practices who use INPS (Vision) have a number of different recall methods available to them, so there is no standard procedure for INPS.

If any practice requires IT assistance with call/recall, they should log a call with IT Service Desk on 0344 863 1244 for the attention of the IT Mentoring team.
