Following the enactment of the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000, public bodies were required to prepare a Code of Conduct for Members of our Board. This must be approved by Scottish Ministers.
Greater Glasgow and Clyde NHS Board’s Code of Conduct was approved in May 2003 and, as part of that Code, Members had to compile a Register of Interests for public inspection.
The document (link at the top of this page) details the interests which have been registered by each Member of Greater Glasgow and Clyde NHS Board and this information is regularly updated to take account of changing circumstances of Members’ interests and change of membership of the NHS Board itself.
