Twelve patients continue to be treated in our hospitals this morning.
Yesterday afternoon a patient was discharged home from Glasgow Royal Infirmary however a further patient was admitted having been referred from their GP after leaving the scene on Friday without seeking medical attention.
Eight patients are being treated at Glasgow Royal Infirmary and one patient at the Western Infirmary. A further two patients have been transferred to the National Queen Elizabeth Spinal Injuries Unit at the Southern General Hospital, taking the total number of patients at that Unit to three.
The patients continue to be treated for a range of serious injuries including bone fractures, spinal injuries, lacerations, chest injuries and head injuries.
