The sexual health service – Sandyford Inverclyde- has been temporarily closed whilst work is carried out on the cold water supply to the centre.

Sandyford Boglestone, in Port Glasgow, is unaffected and members of the public who use the Inverclyde centre can instead attend Boglestone or the Sandyford Hub in Paisley.

DR Pauline McGough, Clinical Director for Sandyford, said: “We are very sorry for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause.

“Our Estates team are working to resolve the cold water supply problem which affects only the Sandyford Hub on the IRH site. In the meantime patients can still gain local access to sexual, emotional and reproductive health at our Port Glasgow Centre.”
