Teaching and Learning Centre Ad Hoc Room Booking Guide
IMPORTANT
- All bookings are PROVISIONAL until you receive a confirmation email.
- All booking requests have to be approved by the centre manager.
- Only teaching and learning events from UoG and NHSGGC will be accepted. We will not accept regular team meetings, block bookings, or bookings on behalf of external organisations.
- Booking enquiries from external organisations should be sent to the TLC Manager ([email protected]).

INSTRUCTIONS
- Please be specific with regards to the event Description and Number of people.
- Please provide information about the event in the NOTES section. Where appropriate, please provide a programme or summary of the teaching event.
- Failure to provide the information above will result in the request being rejected by the Centre Manager.
